If you live within the City of McClelland and you own, keep, or harbor dogs, six months of age or older; and any felines, Pottawattamie County Code 3.50.060 states that you are required to license them. Please complete the following form. If you no longer own a dog or cat that was previously licensed, please notify me by mail or by emailing cityofmcclelland@gmail.com so we may update our records. July thru December 2026 will be coming in the mail soon. $99.00

Thats only $ 16.50 / month for those that would like to pay ahead and pay per month. This option is available to customers who are current on their billing.
